5. Orders

CutPieceWala reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Fabric Measurement Policy

All fabrics are carefully measured before dispatch.

A measurement variation of up to ±2 cm due to the cutting process is considered normal and shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return, replacement, or refund.

8. Fabric Usage Policy

Once the fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, dyed, altered, ironed, embroidered, or used in any manner after delivery, it shall be deemed accepted by the customer and will not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to inspect the product carefully before cutting or using the fabric.

9. Parcel Opening Video

To protect both customers and CutPieceWala, it is mandatory to record a continuous, unedited parcel opening video while opening every order.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening.
  • The shipping label.
  • The parcel being opened continuously without cuts or edits.
  • The complete unpacking process.
  • The CutPieceWala identification marks/stamps present on both ends of the folded fabric.

Claims relating to:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Tampered parcel

may not be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on CutPieceWala, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Icons
  • Text
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design
  • Layout
  • Branding

is the exclusive intellectual property of CutPieceWala.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used without prior written permission.

11. User Responsibilities
