  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and location.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation.
  • A tracking number will be shared through the registered communication channel.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner's tracking system.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer refusal

the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Address Accuracy

CutPieceWala is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the parcel appears:

  • Damaged
  • Torn
  • Opened
  • Tampered

please record a continuous parcel opening video before opening the package.

Immediately contact us with:

  • Order Number
  • Parcel Opening Video
  • Photos of the parcel
  • Photos of the shipping label

8. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any shipping-related claim, customers must provide a continuous, unedited parcel opening video.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed parcel before opening
  • Shipping label
  • Complete unpacking process
  • CutPieceWala identification marks/stamps on both ends of the folded fabric

Claims regarding:

  • Missing items
  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Tampered package

may not be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.


9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Festivals or peak shopping seasons

CutPieceWala shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.


10. Delivery Acceptance

Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery.


11. International Shipping

Currently, CutPieceWala ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.

Customers are strongly advised to record a complete parcel opening video while opening every order. This helps us verify any genuine issue quickly and ensures a smooth resolution process. Orders received without a valid parcel opening video may not be eligible for shipping-related claims.
