Return & Refund Policy

At CutPieceWala, we strive to provide high-quality fabrics and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of fabric products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Color variation caused by screen or display settings.
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer.
  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, dyed, altered, or used after delivery.
  • Minor loose threads, slight weaving variations, or other characteristics that are considered normal in textile products.

Fabric Measurement Policy

All fabrics are carefully measured before dispatch. A small measurement variation of up to ±2 cm due to the cutting process is considered normal and shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return, replacement, or refund.


Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any claim related to a missing item, damaged product, incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or tampered package, it is mandatory to provide a continuous, unedited parcel opening video.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed parcel.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Clearly show that the parcel seal is intact before opening.
  • Clearly show the complete unpacking process without any cuts or edits.
  • Clearly show the CutPieceWala identification marks/stamps present on both ends of the folded fabric.

Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video or without clearly showing the CutPieceWala identification marks on both ends of the fabric may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Parcel Opening Video
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the package (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If a replacement product is preferred and stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • A verified manufacturing defect is found.

Replacement is subject to product availability.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fabric cut according to the ordered quantity.
  • Customized or stitched products.
  • Used, washed, dyed, altered, or damaged products after delivery.
  • Clearance, Final Sale, or specially marked non-returnable products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
